ABOUT US

The over arching goal of Queers & Allies is to provide a safe and inclusive space where people can transform mentally and physically to reach their health and wellness goals! We wish to decrease health disparities between this community and the general population. By using evidence-based practices, we work to help individuals reduce physical health risks such as obesity, heart disease, etc. and improve mental health risks to depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, and other common mental health struggles found in the LGBTQ+ population. We want to empower people to feel confident in their identity, expression, and being true to their authentic selves.
